We take a very practical approach to this subject - preferring a support role, encouraging and allowing the client to develop and "own" their DRP/BCP rather than having it "prescribed" by a consultant who, in virtually all cases, knows less about their business then they do.

Invariably this leads to a practical BCP which becomes part of the daily work processes, rather than gathering dust on a shelf. As part of this "practical" approach we are also frequently involved in the testing of Business Continuity plans, organising suitable exercises for clients and conducting these in close cooperation with key staff.
